Assistant Account Executive
Public Relations – Manhattan, NY - conducting research for specific projects and preparing executive summaries and analyses;
- building strong relationships with clients as the day-to-day client contact;
- support new business initiatives through the development of pitch materials and background research;
- actively participating in and contributing to discussions surrounding clients’ media strategies;

Senior Account Director
Public Relations – Manhattan, NY - developing and leading new business efforts of significant size-- ability to lead and manage issues and management accounts from proposal to billing stage;
- ensuring profitability and financial aspects of accounts;
- proactively managing client expectations to ensure all issues impacting client satisfaction are addressed;
- assessment of the client PR management and business continuity plans to ensure client value;
- implementing business continuity and PR response training exercises, tabletops and other testing techniques;
- actively participating in the planning and preparedness of media responses;

The assistant account executive will have to demonstrate incredibly strong writing skills and familiarity with a deadline oriented environment and a fast-paced framework. She/he will be aware of current events, media relations and be comfortable providing analysis. Familiarity with social media and digital communication within a media management framework is mandatory, along with a strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in communications and issues management. Following the complexity of her/his work, the assistant account executive must have attention to details and a great ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
