For 40 years, Estey-Hoover has maintained a core group of professionals who continue to promote the Estey-Hoover experience. When people join Estey-Hoover, they tend to stay because we have invested personal capital to create a culture of respect for the individual and respect for the team.

At Estey-Hoover, we strive to create a fun work environment where our people are encouraged to think outside of the box and develop their creative expression. Each office features a dedicated process where new employees are welcomed, milestone events are celebrated, holidays and birthday’s celebrations are held, and office parties are enjoyed. We also recognize the importance of bringing attention to the good work our team members do through our company’s social channels.

Despite the growth we’ve experienced over the 40 years we’ve been in existence, we have insisted on retaining the same culture and inclusive experience that our first employees experienced and maintaining it for our current employees and those still to come.
