  • Assistant Account Executive

    Public Relations – Manhattan, NY
  • The assistant account executive will have to demonstrate incredibly strong writing skills and familiarity with a deadline oriented environment and a fast-paced framework. She/he will be aware of current events, media relations and be comfortable providing analysis. Familiarity with social media and digital communication within a media management framework is mandatory, along with a strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in communications and issues management. Following the complexity of her/his work, the assistant account executive must have attention to details and a great ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

    Responsibilities

    • conducting research for specific projects and preparing executive summaries and analyses;
    • building strong relationships with clients as the day-to-day client contact;
    • support new business initiatives through the development of pitch materials and background research;
    • actively participating in and contributing to discussions surrounding clients’ media strategies;
    • monitoring for print, online, broadcast and social media and the development of client media reports and ongoing client issues;

  • Senior Account Director

    Public Relations – Manhattan, NY
  • The senior account director will develop policies and implement measures to assess and develop customer campaigns within the PR communications framework. The selected candidate will lead, facilitate and work closely with the account executives based on best practices, ensure currency of plans, design and manage continuity efforts, establish testing techniques, and evaluate the efforts to ensure preparedness and effectiveness.

    Responsibilities

    • developing and leading new business efforts of significant size-- ability to lead and manage issues and management accounts from proposal to billing stage;
    • ensuring profitability and financial aspects of accounts;

  • Senior Account Executive

  • The senior account executive will work across a large diversified portfolio of clients within the PR and communications realm. The ideal candidate should be versed in the basics of PR and communications, but keen to take on greater client responsibility. She/he will have good media and industry contacts and a natural aptitude for social media and PR communications and campaigns. In addition, the senior account executive should be able to develop new ideas and proposals to help achieve clients’ goals, and have an interest in developing and maintaining a good knowledge of current developments that affect clients’ industries, markets and reputation. Her/his strong leadership skills will help to develop talent within the team, delivering outstanding results.

    Responsibilities

    • proactively managing client expectations to ensure all issues impacting client satisfaction are addressed;
    • playing a major role in the research, planning and development of comprehensive PR and marketing plans and preparedness and issues management programs;
    • assisting in successfully growing existing accounts;
    • participating in client meetings and conference calls;

  • Associate Division Director

    Public Relations – Manhattan, NY
  • The associate division director is expected to be an exceptional client and issues management practitioner, with a high level of experience in managing accounts and building strategic new business proposals. In this respect, the associate division director will be a strong mentor to junior staff. The current senior position supposes client counsel, development of plans and business development. Her/his role will be focused on management of PR related communications and campaigns. In addition, the associate division director will manage internal teams, driving project derivable, and deliver outstanding results.
